17.15 - Panel Discussion: How can CROs and Academia collaborate to enhance Translational Research?  

Numerous industrial sponsors, large and small, now rely upon CROs to undertake much of their early stage R&D. The panel will discuss how the divergent CRO sector can work with Academia, Technology Transfer Offices and early stage companies in order to strengthen drug discovery programmes and hence secure grant, investment, collaboration or partnering deals.

This lively debate will set the scene for ON Helix, where we will discuss other ways to reduce the innovation gaps and shorten time to market for new drug and healthcare technologies.
