Joining Instructions

Joining Instructions are being sent to all registered delegates in daily batches from partnering@onenucleus.com, starting on Thursday 25 June.

Please email accounts@onenucleus.com if you think you are registered as a delegate and have not received joining instructions in an email from partnering@onenucleus.com  addressed to you as an individual.

Please ensure that you check your access to the Conference App well before the start of the event. The delegate list and conference handbook are only available via the app. 

If you cannot find the email giving you access to the Conference App, please check your spam. The email would have come from no-reply@networkapp.eu with the sender displayed as  ON Helix Networking & Programme. If you need any further assistance with accessing the App then please email partnering@onenucleus.com as a matter of urgency.

1-2-1 meetings: If your meeting slot is within the App, then you will be able to use the Online Meeting Room link within appointments on the App to join the meeting when the meeting is due to start. For meetings at the face-to-face event on 9 July, please note that there is no designated meeting area, so you will still need to identify a meeting location at the venue. Note that mobile phone signal at the venue can be erratic but wifi should be available.

Content including recordings of the sessions will also be available as a link from each session within the App from Friday 20 July until 6 August 2026.

Once on the app, make sure you turn on push notifications to receive important conference updates. Do this by going to your profile on Networkapp, click ‘Privacy Settings’ and then tick the box next to ‘I want to receive push notifications’. You can also upload a profile picture and bio, along with a website, LinkedIn and X handle, so other delegates get a sense of who you are.

ON Helix Pitching Day, Wednesday 8 July

Registered ON Helix delegates are entitled to attend the ON Helix Pitching Day, followed by the Drinks Reception. Those wishing to attend as audience members must register in advance by contacting onhelix@onenucleus.com.
